01. Evaluate
We'll get the lay of the land by assessing all aspect of the business, goals, and objectives.
06. Optimize & Scale
This is where our team evaluates the strategy "in the wild" to either slash those aspects not performing, and double-down on the strategies that are performing well.
05. Deploy
At this stage, we deploy our new strategy. Since our revenue approach is additive, we're able to monitor performance against current revenue metrics.

We'll put together an initial plan of action based on our evaluation of the business geared towards improving operational efficiency and expanding revenue.
